Tomlin has a .655 regular-season winning percentage in his 11 seasons at the helm. He has led the Steelers to a soon-to-be eight playoff appearances and two Super Bowls, including a victory over Arizona in Super Bowl XLIII. The Rooneys have employed just three head coaches over the last 48 years: Chuck Noll, Bill Cowher and Tomlin. He’s not going anywhere else anytime soon.
